Lee Widener has written a viciously funny Bizarro Christmas tale where the term "give of yourself"is taken literally and gift giving has become an extreme activity. In the near future, people give body parts and internal organs as gifts, hoping they will receive equal amounts back. Humans have been retrofitted with organ chambers so they can the replace the organs they gave away with the ones they received. The story is ghastly, hilariously, and sucker punch the face of Holiday consumerism. I loved it.
