Review: Bumping Noses and Cherry Pie by Charie D. La Marr

"Bumping Noses and Cherry Pie" is a collection of 26 short stories written in the vein of a new literary genre that the author, Charie D. LA Marr called "Circus Punk."  This genre describes the stories in the book perfectly as they don't really fit into any other category.  They're a marvelously awesome blend of Punk and Bizarro and each story offers a look at circus life that only a professional circus clown like the author can offer.

The stories are funny, gruesome, scary and mind-bending all at the same time and before you know it, you've breezed through the entire collection and left feeling satisfied that you were immersed in great story telling.

Whether you like, love, or loathe clowns and the circus life in general you should read this book.  In fact I'd love to watch reaction videos of people suffering from coulrophobia squirm their way through this book.

Thanks to Charie for submitting this fantastic collection for review.  I loved it and I feel confident you will too!

"Bumping Noses and Cherry Pie" is available in both print and Kindle formats, and you can pick it up here:
